I received my BA in humanities – Phi Beta Kappa; English Department Valedictorian – in 3 years from UC Berkeley followed by an MA from Johns Hopkins University and 2 years Berkeley Broadcast Journalism,
This solid background only slightly impeded my career as a film and video technician with IATSE Locals 166 and 16 running lights, audio, multi-image slides and video cameras/projectors at Moscone Center among many other Bay Area venues prior to 13 years as head technician at the Castro Theatre. During that time I served 2 years as Secretary/Treasurer for Local 166.
As technical director of many local film festivals I acquired high end a/v equipment which I’m happy to make available at very reasonable rental prices. In addition I’m uniquely prepared to provide consulting services to enhance your event/meeting/conference/concert.
